1. Booking & Payment Terms
Deposit & Confirmation: The booking is confirmed only after signing the contract and paying 50% of the total quoted amount.
Final Balance: The remaining 50% must be paid before the artist begins performing on the event day.
Tax Policy: All quoted values are tax-free (Net). If a legal invoice is required, the client will cover VAT, withholdings and other applicable taxes.
2. Logistics & Travel Expenses
Geographic Coverage: Quoted prices apply exclusively to events held in Bogotá.
Events outside Bogotá: For performances in other cities, the client covers all travel expenses for the artist and staff, including flights with checked luggage for instruments, 4-star hotel accommodation, meals and local transportation.
3. Hospitality & Technical Requirements
Dressing Rooms: A private, secure and locked space is required exclusively for the talent and their team.
Hydration & Catering: The client must provide a permanent coffee and hydration station for all technical and artistic staff. The client will provide a full meal for the artist and their team at the agreed time before the performance.
4. Image & Recording Rights
Photo & Video Recording: The artist and their production team are authorized to take photos and record video of the performance and setup.
Promotional Use: This material will be used exclusively for the artist's professional portfolio and social media, respecting the client brand's privacy.
5. Cancellation Policy
Deposit Retention: If the client cancels the event, the 50% deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, due to date reservation and administrative costs.
6. Legal Notifications y Disputas
Any dispute, claim or legal notification related to services provided by Maya Entertainment and Jay Maya must be formally sent to the official email:
